PRODUCT DETAILS
1) Cylinder linder/ sleeve is a cylindrial part, set within the cylinder block hole, and it forms combustor chamber with cylinder head & piston;
2) Cylinder liner/ sleeve is divided into two types: dry cylinder liner and wet cylinder liner;
Dry cylinder liner contact cooling water jacket on the back, but the back of the wet cylinder liner touch with cooling water;
3) Dry cylinder liner thickness thin, simple structure, convenient processing.
Wet cylinder liner contact cooling water directly, so for engine cooling, and for small, lightweight engine;
4) Material: alloy casting iron with phosphorus, boron & copper, steel;
5) Characteristics: good friction resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, sufficient strength and rigidity, etc.;

6) The function of cylinder liner/ sleeve
a) It froms cylinder working space together with the cylinder head & piston;
b) Gas seal: prevent the compressed gas, combustion gas pressure leak outward;
c) The trunk piston diesel engine cylinder liner piston under the lateral thrust, become a piston reciproing movement of the lead;
d) Heat transfer: passes the piston component and its heat to the cooling water, and makes the appropriate operating temperature;
e) The formation of sliding surface: as the lining of the engine, the format sliding surface with piston and piston ring;
f) Two-stroke diesel engine cylinder liner is decorated with port, opening & closing by the piston, so as to realize distribution;
7) Surface treatment: chromed, phospated, polished, aluminum inclusive;

8) Machining process
Cylinder barrels: blanking---rough turning---heat treatment (conditioning)---turing(flat head chamfering)---coarse push inner hole---rolling inner hole---turing(external circular open nest)---turing inside hole---welding cylinder bottom---turing(cylindrical) according to the need to make internal zinc plated or chrome plated.
